The latest technology in bone resorption: Bon’Lamina Technique
It is the latest technology bone regeneration system that we are applying “Bon’lamina” technique for making new bone in cases where melting in the jaw bones occurs in our clinic. In Bon’lamina technique, it is aimed to reconstruct the lost bone tissue in three dimensions. In patients who have lost their teeth a long time ago and have had a large amount of bone loss, the use of fixed teeth with the support of implants instead of a palate prosthesis is possible thanks to this technique. As a result of our studies after Germany and Switzerland, we are now applying this technique in our clinic. Thanks to this technique, the bone heals completely and can be restored to its original shape. When it is applied as strengthened with growth hormones, new bone formation is provided very quickly. Bon’lamina technique has many advantages over box technique. For example, gingival formation around the bone-enhanced area gives more successful results. While bone formation is expected in the Box technique for 6-9 months, results can be obtained in Bon’lamina technique in 2-3 months if growth hormones are used. It can be applied to patients without sufficient bone for the implant and very successful results are obtained. In this technique, like the Box technique, the patient does NOT need to remove block bone from other areas, ribs or buttocks of the jaw bone. With the Bon’lamina technique, in some cases, the implant can be placed in the same session. If you don’t have enough bone in your jaw for implant making, please call us for more information about Bon’lamina technique.
